Registration at the Rock Hotel. Race start opposite the school 100 yards down Rock Lane.
The route leaves climbs from Tockholes over and down into the bottom of Sunnyhurst Woods before the long climb through the woods and onto the moor to Darwen Tower.
From here it drops into Roddlesworth Woods with some undulations before traversing a a few grassy fields towards the finish back at the school.
